Solution

We created a monthly content calendar based on audience insight and seasonal patterns to offer customers promotions and products that were geared towards their interest. We also implemented exclusivity and limited-edition products to drive average order values + scarcity.

Results

Increased their click through rates by 8% and drove 47% of overall revenue through email marketing. Client went on to scale to their first 6-figure Black Friday weekend, 10x their highest revenue day ever.
